CEO & Co-Founder

Founder of PolicyCheck with 17 years of experience across software development, enterprise product management, and regulated financial services. Before PolicyCheck, I led large-scale digital transformation programs, architected data-heavy systems, and drove enterprise sales across banks and insurers in NZ and Australia. I’ve spent years inside adviser workflows — from compliance to advice creation to document-driven processes — and saw first-hand how broken, manual, and error-prone insurance distribution is.

Andrew Clouston

Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer

Serial entrepreneur and former Chief Customer Officer at a major Australasian insurer, with two decades of experience across distribution, customer strategy, and high-growth teams. I’ve built adviser networks, run go-to-market for new insurance products, and deeply understand how brokers sell, retain, and service customers. At PolicyCheck, I bring commercial strategy, insurer relationships, and distribution expertise — ensuring our AI platform fits the realities of adviser workflows while unlocking new revenue opportunities and scale.

James Farrell

Co-Founder & Head of UK

Portfolio Board Advisor and technology executive with 30 years of experience turning strategic vision into commercial reality. Before PolicyCheck, I worked across governance, enterprise sales, and AI-led platform delivery — helping founders and C-suites translate complex strategy into executable GTM frameworks and investor-ready product roadmaps. My background spans Microsoft’s AI and agent ecosystem, large-scale enterprise sales leadership, and practical GenAI implementation inside regulated industries.
